At Archer and Olive, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home and stationery purchases. If your items aren't a perfect fit for your creative space, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Package Your Items
Carefully place the unused items in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit back to our warehouse.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; we will process your refund or exchange once the items are inspected.
